A new Construction Partner for £20-25million Investment in Council Housing Stock (03-Mar-10) Ashfield Homes is pleased to announce that Frank Haslam Milan (fhm) has been appointed as its new Construction Partner. The partnership between FHM, Ashfield Homes and the Council is planned to invest approximately £20-25million into the council’s housing stock, mainly through the ongoing replacement of kitchens, bathrooms, central heating systems, electrical installations, roof coverings, and windows. Ashfield Homes, in partnership with Ashfield School in Kirkby have developed two brand new services to engage young people in environmental improvement and gardening work across the District.
Sub-Regional Choice Based Lettings (22-Feb-10) A partnership of North Nottinghamshire local authorities which includes Ashfield and Mansfield is to launch a project that will change the way people access housing in the county, with a single lettings scheme to cover the two areas.
