Equality Impact Assessments (EIAs)
We undertake EIAs to ensure that the services we provide are fair and accessible to all. An EIA is a means to ensure that organisations think carefully about the likely impact of policies, procedures, strategies, functions and services on tenants, leaseholders, residents, employees and other stakeholders.
They are a useful tool to highlight areas in organisations where certain groups may experience disadvantage compared to other groups, so that these issues can be resolved. The Company has a three year programme to undertake and review EIAs across all of our services. Click here for more information.
