Service StandardsIn order to achieve and maintain excellent customer service, we have developed a series of Service Standards with the help of our customers. They explain what services we provide and how we will respond when you contact us about them, so that you know what to expect from us.
Monitoring our service standardsWe keep a close watch on our service standards to ensure that we keep delivering a quality service. They are regularly updated. The results of our achievements against the standards are published at the end of the year and show how AHL performed. The Service Standards are reviewed annually by the Tenants & Residents forum and are also reviewed at the Performance Improvement Panel.
