Our performance
Aiming highAshfield Homes strives to provide high quality services to customers. We are one of the best performing housing organisations nationally and work hard to improve year on year.
Each year we produce a Delivery Plan which sets out what we plan to do over the next few years and how we plan to achieve it. The Plan is developed after extensive consultation with tenants and residents, Ashfield District Council, employees, and partners.
We set performance targets following consultation with tenants and our key partner, Ashfield District Council. These targets are challenging in that we set higher standards year on year, ensuring that we maintain our position as one of the best performing housing organisations nationally.
