Our performance
In every anti-social behaviour case that is managed by Ashfield Homes, our aim will be to stop the problem behaviour. When we resolve a case, either through Warnings or legal action where necessary, we will close the case and send a customer survey to the people affected by the anti-social behaviour asking how well they feel Ashfield Homes managed their case.
In 2006 / 2007, the percentage of people who said they were satisfied that their case had been resolved was 79%.
The percentage of people who said they were satisfied with the way their anti-social behaviour complaint was handled was 84%, which exceeded their performance target for the year.
Ashfield Homes have resolved a number of neighbour disputes through mediation.
