Delivering Excellent Housing Services
FAQ
Can I decline the works?

You have the right to decline the works, however we will require you to sign a form to confirm that you don't wish to receive the works at this time.

If you change your mind later, then please let us know as we will include you in the next available programme of works (subject to continued funding).

Please note that you will not be able to decline essential works which relate to your Health and Safety. Such works will include any necessary electrical remedial works.
