Twice per year, Ashfield Homes rewards four tenants who have paid their rent on time and kept to all of the terms and conditions of their tenancy agreement.
Download an entry form below, or look out for the entry form sent to you in March, answer the question, and return to Ashfield Homes by Monday 12th April 2010.
To enter:

You must have a clear rent account on 31st March 2010 and not have any other debt with us

You must not have any current action being taken against you for anti-social behaviour or any other breach of your tenancy agreement
Details of recent winners of the Tenant Reward Scheme will be announced in the next edition of your Homes 4 Rent magazine.
You too could be one of four lucky tenants to win £250.
