Changes proposed to tenancy agreements (18-Aug-10)

tenancy agreement

Ashfield District Council intends to update the terms and conditions of its Introductory and Secure Tenancies to make them easier to understand, and to comply with what the law says a tenancy agreement should include.

We have created a new page here on our website, so that you can see what the proposed changes are and to let us have your comments.  The deadline for comments is Friday 17th September 2010.

A letter is also being posted out to all Ashfield District Council tenants to give you notice of the proposed changes and provide a reply slip on which you can let us have your comments,
