Contacting Your Community Protection Service

 

Getting in touch: 

  • To report a problem you can call the service free on 0800 183 84 84.
  • Out of hours you can leave a message on the automated message recording service.
  • If you need an immediate response in an emergency, you should continue to contact the Police on 999.
  • The Council takes any reports of anti-social behaviour seriously and if you report a problem to us we will either call you back or visit you within 3 days.
  • The Community Protection Officers will keep you informed about what they have done or are doing to help resolve the concerns you have reported.
  • Alternatively you can e-mail the Council at tellus@ashfield-dc.gov.uk.

Ashfield Homes’ Housing Management Advisors will continue to receive, record and action calls from Ashfield District Council tenants in respect of allegations of anti-social behaviour affecting their tenancies during normal office hours.  The Company remains committed to combating anti-social behaviour in the District and will offer support and, where appropriate, enforcement action to stop the people responsible.
