How to apply
To apply for the service, you can talk to your Housing Management Advisor or Care Co-ordinator who will complete an application (or referral) on your behalf. You can also contact the Tenancy Support team direct, download an application form or apply on-line. If you need any help filling out the application form then please let us know. The Tenancy Support Team is based at our Head Office. Telephone 01623 608982.
This referral will outline your personal needs and requirements. The Tenancy Support Officer will contact you to arrange an appointment to visit you at your home. They will then discuss your personal circumstances and arrange a suitable Support Plan.
