This involves contacting our services and asking questions. You will be provided with a scenario to read from and asked to record your findings. We will want to know if you received a good service, did we speak you in a polite manner, and did we answer your questions. This feedback will be used to develop and improve our services.

Would you be interested in becoming a Tenant Inspector?

Tenant inspectors are free to choose the level of involvement they want. Some may simply choose to test services via the phone whereas, others may choose to attend meetings and checks on the services we provide etc.
