Welcome to the crazy world of Participation. You getting involved in how we provide services to our customers, is an important factor to Ashfield Homes delivering a service which meets your needs. As the Tenant Participation Officer it's my role to ensure that Tenants, Residents and Leaseholders are encouraged to put forward their opinions on not only services but also policies and procedures which may impact upon them.

 

There are lots of different ways to get involved and the commitment of time is as much as you want to give. You may decide that you want to read documents for us, to ensure that we haven't filled them up with jargon or you may decide that you want a say in how we design documents. It is entirely up to you, but you can be assured that whatever input you are prepared to give, we will welcome.
