
The Tenant Participation Strategy is a three-year plan that lays out a menu of options for the ways in which tenants may be involved with other tenants, the Council, Ashfield Homes, and other agencies in deciding its policies, procedures and practices.
This Strategy takes account of the right of tenants to receive information in various formats. Tenant Participation is such an important element of Ashfield Homes it has been incorporated into every job description within the company.
