Join our team of mystery shoppers. This involves phoning or visiting our property shops and offices and asking questions. You will be given a script to read from and asked to record your findings.

 

Did we give a good service? Did we speak to you in a polite manner? Did we answer your questions? You tell us how it really is and check if we do what we say.
