
Meeting once every three months, the scrutiny panel is made up of 4 tenants. These tenants are volunteers from the tenants gateway or tenant inspectors.
The role of the panel is to audit services, become critical friends of the company and recommend changes from any findings they report on.
The services that are chosen for scrutiny will be identified through the Gateway meetings, through surveys or through the level of customer comments, compliments or complaints.
