TSA Tenants Annual Reports

Ashfield Homes is required under the new housing regulator the 'Tenant Services Authority' (TSA) to meet minimum standards for all the services we deliver.  To continue to be an excellent provider of housing services we are in the process of developing local 'Ashfield Standards' through talking to you about what you want.  These reports will explain all about the standards, how we currently meet them, where there are gaps and what we are looking to do in the future.
